Deputy Program Manager (Federal Technology)

Location: McLean, Virginia; must be local to the Washington, DC metro area and work from the McLean office three to four days per week. Some local travel between client sites may be required.

Salary: $111,053–$199,037 per year.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day leadership across the full project lifecycle using SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Define and implement project management processes covering change and configuration management, risks and issues, communications, schedules, quality, and root cause analysis.
• Prioritize project activities with program leadership and drive continuous improvements in delivery, services, and customer experience.
• Coordinate project communications, presentations, go-live readiness, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, OEMs, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee delivery against schedule, quality, budget, and program commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex, full-lifecycle, enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, workshops, stakeholder alignment, planning, estimation, and resource management in a matrixed environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; an active Secret Clearance is preferred.
