Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Portfolio (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; hybrid schedule with presence at the designated home-office location three days per week. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with the Global Customer Solutions – Americas leadership team to translate strategy into priorities, goals, and execution plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from charter and scope definition through implementation, value realization, and closeout.
• Manage the strategic portfolio, including roadmaps, sequencing, dependencies, intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision materials, dashboards, business reviews, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and resource or financial constraints, then coordinate mitigation and escalation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, change-readiness activities, and communications across countries and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree; Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project or program management, supply chain, customer solutions, business operations, strategy, or organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, organizational skills, facilitation ability, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving accountability across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and project, portfolio, collaboration, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a senior leadership team or working in a Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, transformation, or portfolio-management role.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer-facing operational interdependencies.
• Experience working across the United States, Canada, and Latin America or in a global, multi-country environment.
• Project-management certification or strong knowledge of established project-management methodologies.
• Experience with financial analysis, organizational change, communications, and adoption activities.
