Director, Advanced Manufacturing Program Construction - ANS

Location: Nationwide, United States; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, onsite client work, and hirify.global office or center work

What you will do

• Identify differentiating approaches, design considerations, and constructability factors throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Align clients, project stakeholders, engineers, project managers, technologists, and other delivery participants.
• Manage overall program delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, risk, change control, and recovery strategies.
• Enforce client project processes, procedures, policies, contract requirements, and documentation standards.
• Build positive client relationships and coordinate project staff training, morale, professionalism, and performance improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the use of AI and predictive program controls in complex capital projects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of senior-level construction management or design management experience in advanced manufacturing construction environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or an additional four years of related experience.
• Experience managing project delivery, budgets, schedules, costs, risks, changes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement across remote, client-site, and hirify.global office or center locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with projects in design and/or construction.
• Experience commissioning hyperscale or colocation data centers.
• Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP.
• Experience managing people and commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient design practices.
• Flexibility to travel to the work location.
