Associate Manager, Global Sourcing

Location: West Los Angeles, California, USA; hybrid schedule with in-office work required Monday-Wednesday and remote work available Thursday-Friday. Travel up to 25% to California's Central Valley, U.S. vendors, and potentially international locations.

Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze business plans, production environments, commodities, and supply requirements to develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including supplier evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and implementation.
• Develop supplier management strategies, scorecards, performance metrics, escalation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present sourcing recommendations and project updates to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Development, Technical Packaging, and cross-functional teams to source materials and services.
• Manage Corporate Fleet and Corporate Travel programs, including vehicle procurement, maintenance processes, and preferred supplier agreements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing/procurement, or product development across global commodities and services.
• Experience with direct and indirect sourcing categories; food, beverage, or CPG experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation development.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities from initiation through completion.
• BA/BS in Business or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing packaging materials, ingredients, print technologies, heavy equipment, or sustainability-related products and services.
• Experience managing global sourcing programs and complex operational initiatives.
