Branch Manager - Academy & Morning Sun (CO Springs, CO)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO; office-based workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, security, risk, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain branch colleagues.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Drive referrals, business development, community relationships, and calling programs.
• Use banking tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and build strong internal partnerships across the bank.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, consumer and business lending, deposits, investments, sales leadership, customer service, and operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and colleague development skills.
• Ability to lead branch and digital-channel sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of mobile and online banking services and consumer and business deposit products.
