What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Drive acquisition and share-of-wallet growth across consumer and business households through consultative banking and community involvement.
• Deliver a differentiated customer experience across technology-enabled and omnichannel interactions.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with internal and ecosystem partners to provide coordinated banking solutions.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking operations, sales management, and customer counseling.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lead people, develop talent, and deliver results in an inclusive workplace.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks are required, and employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is not available.
