What you will do
- Manage branch sales, customer service, daily operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver effective customer service.
- Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and refer customers to appropriate banking partners.
- Develop new consumer and business relationships through community involvement, calling programs, and internal partnerships.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development for the assigned market.
- Educate the team on banking products, services, technology, policies, and digital channels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
- Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and colleague development skills.
- Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other financial technology.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
