IT Engineer

Location: Full-time onsite in Orangeville, Utah, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows laptops, iOS and Android devices, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Onboard and offboard users, including account provisioning, device setup, access removal, and MFA support.
• Administer device management through Microsoft Intune, Addigy and/or Jamf, including compliance, configuration profiles, patching, and software deployment.
• Manage identities, groups, conditional access, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID, while supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS GovCloud resources.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, switching, and routing issues, escalating to vendors or senior engineers when needed.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventories, licensing records, documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints, plus managed iOS and Android devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Addigy and/or Jamf, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and AWS GovCloud.
• Tier 2 network troubleshooting skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Experience with hardware and software asset management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Orangeville, Utah, and legal authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Cybersecurity or IT experience in the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Navy.
