Logistics Specialist I

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; on-site, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. shift

Base pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain accurate material receipts, raw material and finished goods inventory locations.
• Maintain logs and files for receipts, lot control, and daily shipments.
• Process domestic and international shipments by pulling orders, entering data, and scheduling carrier pickups.
• Perform routine cycle counts and prepare daily shipment reports.
• Issue materials to the production floor and maintain material traceability.
• Build pallets for product sterilization and coordinate shipments to the sterilizing facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer experience and facility with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in shipping and receiving, stores warehouse, and cleanroom environments, including potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
• One or more years of shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience is helpful but not required.
