Sr Demand and Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; occasional international travel may be required.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD annually for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Own short- and mid-term demand, supply, inventory, and production planning for the Americas.
• Translate sales forecasts, historical demand, customer requirements, and deployment schedules into actionable supply and production plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, and Finance on capacity, materials, inventory, lead times, and shipping requirements.
• Identify supply, demand, inventory, and production constraints and develop mitigation, allocation, and prioritization plans.
• Lead demand and supply reviews and maintain KPIs covering forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, shortages, supply attainment, and production performance.
• Improve planning processes, SOPs, product lifecycle planning, and NetSuite demand and supply planning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite demand and supply planning functionality.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency and strong knowledge of Google Docs, Slides, and Drive.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills, including experience with planning models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience leading teams, driving cross-functional process improvements, and applying security, privacy, and operational best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification focused on manufacturing or supply chain operations.
