Senior Project Manager - Rail and Roads (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of rail, roadway, bridge, and enabling infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and interfaces with third-party developments across the resort complex.
• Work with local authorities, statutory bodies, transport agencies, utilities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve issues.
• Manage project governance, correspondence, design and construction reviews, technical submissions, records, notices, and payment applications.
• Control budgets, schedules, procurement, risks, change management, reporting, and project documentation.
• Oversee project safety, contractor safety plans, environmental health and safety compliance, and final acceptance activities.

Requirements

• Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects through design and construction phases.
• Knowledge of enabling infrastructure, including roadways, rail development, and roadway structures.
• Experience with project management governance covering schedules, budgets, change control, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience interpreting design and construction drawings and managing field operations.
• Knowledge of road and rail licensing requirements and experience working with statutory bodies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, Teams, Power Apps, and Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.
