Project Manager - Payments and Settlement Services

What you will do

• Lead change initiatives across payment and settlement services by combining market, system, product, and business expertise.
• Analyze complex end-to-end environments across domains and identify technology and process improvements.
• Act as the interface between customers, operations, IT, and risk management stakeholders.
• Prioritize squad work in consultation with the Product Lead and represent the business voice to delivery squads.
• Facilitate impact assessments, release reporting, testing, and user sign-offs.
• Lead process refinement and solution-design sessions while maintaining reusable knowledge and addressing decision impacts.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management within payments.
• Experience with product management, service management, and related processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Excellent level of English required.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and bring people together to achieve shared delivery goals.

• Experience working with nearshore or offshore teams.
• Experience with payment platforms and settlement services.
