What you will do
- Develop and implement project plans, shared delivery visions, and strategic adjustments.
- Manage resources, workload assignments, estimates, schedules, budgets, and delivery dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and other specialists.
- Identify risks, blockers, process improvements, cost optimizations, and time-saving measures.
- Build transparent relationships with clients, delivery teams, and client partners while securing milestone sign-off.
- Mentor teams, facilitate workshops, support knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, including fixed-price projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies.
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience with process analysis, process improvement, Agile ways of working, change management, and organizational governance.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; remote work must be performed from Romania.
Nice to have
- Technical background in IT systems or software development.
- PMI-ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certification.
