What you will do

• Provide telephone and online support to clients and employees.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve product and service issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Support client software implementations and help develop client support plans.
• Engage with prospects and clients to understand payroll, time and labor management, and HRIS needs.
• Participate in discovery sessions to define customer requirements.
• Stay current on product releases and build delivery best practices using implementation and consulting experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Entry-level profile with strong technical aptitude and proficiency with web technologies and various operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with complex, customer-facing software implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, multitask, and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
