HCM Analyst I

What you will do

• Deliver implementation and support activities for HCM products and software-as-a-service solutions.
• Coordinate assigned implementation tasks with internal project management teams and meet project deadlines.
• Consult with client decision-makers on HR guidelines, reporting needs, payroll, benefits, and time setup.
• Conduct discovery sessions, document functional specifications, and configure software workflows.
• Provide administrative user training on the iSolved platform and facilitate client status calls.
• Track integration issues, recommend best practices, maintain customer satisfaction, and communicate product feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Three years of experience in systems integration or enterprise HRMS product implementation.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local tax rules for software configuration.
• Understanding of payroll, human resources, reporting, accounting fundamentals, and cross-departmental integrations involving time and attendance and benefits.
• Strong written, interpersonal, customer-facing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and deliver quality business solutions on schedule.
