Technical Support Analyst

Location: 11550 Ent Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $29–$33 per hour, plus a 10% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Provide Level II technical support for hardware, software, networking, peripherals, and audiovisual systems.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user issues, escalating complex problems to other technology teams.
• Build, configure, secure, and deploy equipment and manage vulnerability remediation for end-user devices.
• Administer Active Directory accounts and workstations, including account creation, modification, and removal.
• Build application packages and deploy patches and updates using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Patch My PC.
• Support print systems, audiovisual equipment, branch technology needs, asset inventories, vendors, documentation, and the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related technical support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft platforms including MECM, Intune, Active Directory/Entra, Teams, and Office.
• Knowledge of audiovisual administration and support, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with employees and technology teams, learn changing technologies, and deliver member-focused solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; regular visits to branch locations may be needed.
