Senior Marketing Operations Manager (Marketo/Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual total cash compensation: $140,000–$165,000 USD, including base salary and commission.

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor lead lifecycle processing in Marketo, including lead scoring and delivery to Salesforce.
• Create and manage Salesforce and Marketo configurations, Smart Lists, forms, email templates, and campaign audiences.
• Advise marketing managers on segmentation, campaign optimization, repeatable processes, and setup efficiency.
• Monitor email calendars, audience overlaps, data quality, and bi-directional Marketo-Salesforce synchronization.
• Manage international opt-ins, opt-outs, GDPR and data privacy audiences, including offline list imports.
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes and coordinate stakeholder priorities and delivery dates.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Marketo experience; Adobe Certified Expert certification is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2–3+ years managing international marketing opt-ins and opt-outs.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum processes is preferred.
• Experience working at companies with more than 10,000 customers is preferred.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
