Senior Credit Representative (Credit Analysis)

Salary: Up to $75,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Review credit applications, financial statements, trade references, and credit bureau reports to assess customer creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit recommendations, support credit limit decisions, and monitor customer profiles for emerging risks.
• Set up new customers in ERP and related systems while maintaining accurate master data, payment terms, tax status, and credit limits.
• Monitor accounts receivable, send statements, contact customers regarding overdue balances, and document collection activity.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services on onboarding, disputes, reporting, and account resolution.
• Support credit policy updates, ERP initiatives, and Order-to-Cash process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial credit, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and assessing customer creditworthiness.
• Experience working in an ERP environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with borrowing base reporting, asset-based lending, cash forecasting, or treasury support.
