Sr. Software Developer III (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid and local to the D.C. metro area; U.S. employment eligibility verification is required.

Salary: $184,000–$225,000 per year, with potential bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and modernize custom enterprise applications.
• Build secure, reliable software solutions for mission-critical federal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while supporting operations and maintenance.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and containerized delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate technical decisions and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• DoD 8140-compliant certification, such as Security+ or higher, plus an Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or recent relevant software development certification.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with enterprise applications in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, REST APIs, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Angular and/or React.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL, source code management, CI/CD, Docker, Windows Server, PowerShell, IIS, Kerberos, and OIDC authentication.
