Staff Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

hirify.global provides digital banking and lending solutions for banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally.

What you will do

• Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions containing Windows- and Linux-based frontend and backend components.
• Develop custom functionality for the hirify.global Fraud platform and integrate it with internal and external services.
• Deliver and support solutions in live production systems.
• Maintain custom features, troubleshoot production issues, and provide occasional on-call support.
• Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls.
• Mentor teammates, provide technical leadership, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with web development, the full software development life cycle, service-oriented architecture, and Agile development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and oral English communication is required.
