Senior Manager, FP&A (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own monthly Board reporting, financial models, and supporting materials for executive leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the company operating model for forecasting, strategic scenarios, and variance analysis.
• Drive the annual planning and budgeting process with cross-functional budget owners.
• Manage the Weekly Business Review and track commercial metrics including Marketing ROAS and CPA performance.
• Build complex financial models and ROI business cases for major projects and capital allocations.
• Provide technical leadership in FP&A and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical commercial finance role.
• Ability to solve complex problems and translate financial results into clear recommendations.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• High proficiency with data environments, BI tools, automated dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and team-development skills.
• Professional financial qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA is preferred; Tableau, Databricks, and SQL experience is preferred.
