TL;DR
Manager - Solution Architect (AI): Defining and delivering scalable data and AI architectures across cloud infrastructure, machine learning, generative AI, and autonomous agent systems with an accent on security, compliance, production readiness, and cost optimization. Focus on leading client architecture decisions, removing delivery impediments, shaping technical proposals, and mentoring engineering teams.
Location: Paris, France, with regular travel to client sites in the Paris area

is a global management consulting group whose AI Platforms Business Unit designs, builds, and scales data and AI platforms for enterprise transformation.
What you will do
- Define and own end-to-end architectures for cloud, data, machine learning, generative AI, and agent-based projects.
- Act as the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders and align solutions with business, security, regulatory, and cost requirements.
- Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, technical governance, and production-readiness activities.
- Guide engineering teams, remove technical impediments, and oversee projects from advisory and assessments through production deployment.
- Contribute to pre-sales through technical scoping, effort estimation, proposals, client presentations, and workshops.
- Mentor consultants and engineers while developing internal IP, accelerators, and reference architectures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or senior engineering with substantial design responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in at least two of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, or NVIDIA.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, data engineering, classical and deep learning, generative AI, autonomous agents, and managed AI/ML services.
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluent French and professional English are required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on coding with Python, Terraform/IaC, or similar tools.
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and production deployment pipelines.
- Relevant professional cloud or data engineering certifications.
- Management consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- Familiarity with AI compliance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
