Principal Architect, AI Assistant

hirify.global provides travel technology and is developing AI-native capabilities that connect its travel products and services with external AI assistants and agentic platforms.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures that enable AI assistants and agents to discover, understand, and execute hirify.global travel capabilities.
• Define scalable interfaces for booking, servicing, shopping, trip management, and travel intelligence services.
• Establish standards for APIs, tool interfaces, metadata models, semantic interfaces, orchestration layers, and agent-ready services.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, AWS, product managers, engineering teams, business units, and strategic partners.
• Ensure production readiness through observability, monitoring, resilience, governance, security, compliance, and cost controls.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical decisions, roadmaps, and industrialization from prototyping through large-scale deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and complex integration architectures.
• Strong expertise in API-first, service-oriented, cloud-native architectures, interoperability, and system orchestration.
• Experience defining architectures for externally consumed platforms, ecosystems, or marketplaces.
• Experience leading architecture initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical strategy, and cross-organizational influence skills.
• Ability to work in Nice, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI assistants, and large language model ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, tool-calling frameworks, agent architectures, and AI interoperability standards.
• Experience integrating enterprise capabilities with Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, and security.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Open Platform and travel technology ecosystems.
