TL;DR
V&V Solution Architect (PLM/Avionics): Driving end-to-end PLM portfolio roadmaps and developing integrated solutions for flight test and avionics with an accent on enterprise architecture, digital engineering processes, and long-term technical strategy. Focus on coordinating Agile Release Trains, governing architecture through SAFe ceremonies, and aligning complex stakeholders and supplier teams across large aerospace solutions.
Location: Hamburg Area, Germany, with an alternate location in Toulouse, France

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end PLM portfolio roadmap as an enterprise and functional architect.
- Define IS convergence strategies and build the architectural runway for large solutions.
- Design and communicate a shared technical vision for digital integrated and engineering processes.
- Coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains to ensure system integration and technical alignment.
- Lead architecture boards and facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning.
- Manage supplier team performance and support strategic roadmap and milestone delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Business IT projects.
- Proven expertise in software architecture and development.
- Background in PLM, digital, flight test, and/or avionics domains.
- Strong knowledge of design, engineering, and digital processes, plus leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English and French are required.
