Solutions Architect, Orange

Location: Primarily based in Paris, France, with flexibility to work remotely; customer meetings required for at least 50% of the time, remotely or face to face.

What you will do

• Own the technical account strategy and architecture roadmap for hirify.global across Orange Group, subsidiaries, and business units.
• Identify strategic opportunities and embed hirify.global solutions into Orange’s transformation initiatives.
• Translate hirify.global product capabilities into business outcomes for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical responses to RFx processes, sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Orchestrate Solutions Engineers, technology specialists, Professional Services, and partners across the global account.
• Act as a trusted advisor, evangelist, mentor, and customer advocate while developing reusable reference architectures and technical assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related industry experience, ideally including work with Service Providers or global telecommunications companies.
• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect or senior Solutions Engineer serving Orange or another global telecommunications provider.
• Experience operating across large multi-country accounts and building technical consensus among distributed stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of application delivery and security, data centers, private and public cloud, edge computing, telco cloud, Kubernetes, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, AI application architectures, large language models, orchestrators, agents, tools, and AI security solutions.
• Fluent French is mandatory; fluent written and verbal English is required. A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience is expected.

• AI expertise, relevant certifications, and experience with global RFx processes.
• Experience speaking at industry or customer events and publishing whitepapers, solution articles, blogs, or technical tips.
