Sr Director, Professional Services (Data Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role with in-office and/or in-person expectations in Windsor, United Kingdom; Munich, Germany; Paris, France; Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands; or Cork, Ireland.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, operating cadence, and financial outcomes of the EMEA Professional Services business and its $100M+ services portfolio.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory offerings that shape customer strategy, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Partner with EMEA Sales and Solutions Engineering to build pipeline, develop repeatable services-led plays, and increase attach and pull-through.
• Lead portfolio development, including offer definition, packaging, pricing, and value messaging.
• Lead a distributed organization of consultants, delivery teams, and senior leaders while building talent, succession, and an inclusive high-performance culture.
• Improve delivery quality, governance, utilization, project performance, customer satisfaction, operating models, and productivity across local, partner, and global delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, and/or Managed Services within enterprise technology.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, storage, data management, security, or automation environments.
• Proven ownership and growth of a services P&L, including bookings, revenue recognition, margin, and cost management.
• Demonstrated success building fee-based consulting and advisory offerings, leading transformation engagements, and influencing executive customers.
• Strong consultative selling, proposal and SOW development, value articulation, pipeline creation, and partnership with Sales.
• Experience leading large geographically distributed organizations in a matrixed global environment, with strong executive communication, negotiation, governance, forecasting, and risk-management skills.
