Senior Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States, aligned with the Eastern or Central Timezone. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $79,300–$97,200 annually, with potential additional compensation through stock options, bonuses, merit increases, or sales commissions.

What you will do

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through implementation and product launches.
• Manage implementation timelines, time to first value, customer training, configuration, and organizational rollout strategies.
• Design systems and help customers overcome implementation roadblocks.
• Provide product, services, and best-practice guidance and mentorship.
• Advocate for customer needs and product requests with support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, reporting, and the transition to post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with global organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of experience working with enterprise customers of 1,000 or more employees.
• Experience delivering complex software implementations or technical projects.
• Ability to explain technical terminology and concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience communicating with customer personas at leadership levels.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States and availability during the Eastern or Central Timezone.
