What you will do

• Manage small, diverse projects and support larger, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform technical research, calculations, modeling, design, and report writing for assigned projects.
• Develop client relationships and support project strategy, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Track project progress against schedules and budgets using project management software.
• Supervise, train, and assign work to project team members while maintaining project quality.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and provide appropriately reviewed project information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in substation physical and protection-and-control engineering at a consulting firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
