Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Export, PA manufacturing facility, Monday–Friday. Shift options are 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform incoming inspections and in-process monitoring of parts and components.
• Measure products against specifications and make quality decisions using acceptance criteria and technical drawings.
• Maintain inspection logs, calibration records, quality documentation, and RMA database entries.
• Develop and improve inspection methods, gage calibration systems, and departmental quality procedures.
• Support PPAPs, special projects, product testing, manufacturing, engineering, and new product development.
• Coordinate returned-material evaluations and collaborate with Receiving, Customer Service, Accounting, Production, and Materials teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Understanding of inspection techniques and ability to use micrometers, calipers, CMM, microscopes, height gages, and similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret part and assembly drawings.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; compliance with applicable safety procedures and regulations.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a technical discipline.
• Three to five years of experience with quality assurance inspection methods or manufacturing.
• ASQ CMI or CQT certification.
• Basic metrology, calibration, quality, or mechanical laboratory experience.
