Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain and update quality documentation, including engineering drawings, standards, specifications, contract data, and technical references.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and first article inspections and verify components against drawings, purchase orders, and specifications.
• Use precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges, go/no-go gauges, and thread gauges.
• Document inspection results and complete related inventory transactions in SAP.
• Maintain calibration records, prepare equipment for shipment, and audit calibration tools and equipment.
• Document discrepant materials and coordinate DMR/MRB activities with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.
• Working knowledge of quality inspection processes, measurement tools, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication, organization, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.

• Proficiency with SAP.
