Senior Technical Product Manager (Clinical Integrations)

Location: Hybrid in the New York City metro area, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles; office attendance is required 3 days per week, with additional in-office work during onboarding and team onsite weeks. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not already reside in the NYC metro area. Hybrid employees may work outside their home office for up to 6 weeks per year.

Salary: $185,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Clinical Integrations roadmap for clinical data ingestion, normalization, concept libraries, and shared clinical data models.
• Scale and stabilize ingestion infrastructure as data volume and source diversity increase.
• Ensure downstream products receive consistent, standardized clinical data hirify.globalless of the source system.
• Partner with clinical subject-matter experts to maintain concepts, hierarchies, synonyms, and taxonomy coverage.
• Define and enforce service-level standards for data completeness, accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Monitor service health and improve pipeline reliability, fetch performance, mapping accuracy, and overall data quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Technical comfort with data pipelines, ETL/ELT patterns, APIs, and schema design.
• Experience owning an integration, ingestion, or data normalization product, as well as an internal API or platform service.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and reside within the NYC metro area, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Healthtech experience with EHR integrations, clinical data pipelines, HL7, FHIR, CDA, or HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with taxonomy, ontology, or reference data management.
• Experience with data warehouses, cloud platforms, and infrastructure scaling.
