Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST or CST, with some weekend hours and up to 25% annual travel to hirify.global offices or partner meetings.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead product enhancements supporting clinical care management and business operations.
• Translate business needs into scalable product requirements and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, milestones, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery teams.
• Prepare project updates, status reports, presentations, and recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements documentation, testing, product adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in clinical management systems, or 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools for managing features, stories, and decisions.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and business audiences through regular written and verbal updates.
• Experience leading at least two cross-functional initiatives across technology and business domains.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and presentations for 10–100+ stakeholders.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States and follow EST or CST working hours; the role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business or healthcare.
• Experience supporting Medicare or Medicaid programs and documenting requirements for system builds, configurations, or enhancements.
• Active Epic certification or hands-on Epic experience.
• Certified Product Manager, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.
• Experience balancing strategic vision with operational execution in growth-oriented environments.
