Focus on building pipeline, engaging technical and non-technical buyers, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience.

Location: Remote (US Eastern Time Zone)

Salary: $135K - $165K

What you will do

  • Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with founding team and investors in a team selling environment.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Drive engagement with both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Partner with customer engineering teams to prioritize product improvements.
  • Work with product designers and investigations experts to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts with high-value deals.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-month sales cycles and partnership agreements.
  • Comfortable working in a small company and navigating ambiguity.
  • Curiosity and humility to learn new spaces and communicate effectively with buyers.
  • Familiarity with internet safety and technical tools used for harm.

Nice to have

  • Experience in social media, marketplace, or media companies understanding attacker abuse.
  • Background as software developer, data scientist, or technical roles.
  • Knowledge of information security and online safety.
  • Experience selling software empowering defense teams against adversaries.
