Senior M&A Integration Manager

Location: Remote role associated with the primary posting location of Florham Park, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $136,600–$195,300 USD per annum

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Develop pre-close, Day 1, 0–90, and 90–180 integration plans aligned with deal value drivers.
• Own tollgate reviews, decision frameworks, escalation paths, operating cadence, and accountability structures.
• Track and deliver cost, revenue, and operational synergies while managing risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS to maintain operational continuity.
• Build integration communication strategies, playbooks, checklists, dashboards, and lessons-learned processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional integrations and delivering synergies.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across complex organizational structures.

Nice to have

• Experience in waste management, energy, or material processing.
• Familiarity with tollgate or stage-gate operating models.
• Background in operational excellence systems.
