Staff Technical Program Manager

Location: New York City, NY; ability to relocate to NYC required

Base salary: $181,600–$272,400 USD annually, supplemented by equity compensation.

What you will do

• Define and drive roadmaps for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in the Growth pillar and across the organization.
• Lead strategic technical transformation programs from concept through launch across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering, product, data science, QA, and executive stakeholders around shared goals, decisions, and delivery.
• Build detailed plans, manage milestones and dependencies, mitigate risks, remove blockers, and ensure smooth launches.
• Lead organizational change as engineering teams adopt new processes, tooling, and ways of working.
• Guide TPMs and engineering leads while scaling delivery best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical program manager, engineering lead, or engineering manager.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technical transformation programs with measurable organizational impact.
• Strong executive presence and influence in matrix organizations, including the ability to drive decisions without direct authority.
• Deep technical credibility and experience managing ambiguity, dependencies, technical complexity, and changing priorities.
• Ability to relocate to and work from New York City.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in software engineering or systems engineering.
• Conceptual fluency in LLM-based products and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with machine learning, large datasets, or AI/ML infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with AWS at scale.
