Senior Legal Counsel (SaaS/Adtech)

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial and technology-related contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, licenses, data protection agreements, reseller and referral agreements, and RFP documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and IT on commercial and contractual matters.
• Provide practical legal advice on commercial, regulatory, privacy, and technology issues.
• Monitor data privacy and other regulatory requirements affecting commercial transactions.
• Develop contract templates, business processes, internal policies, and legal guidelines that support business growth.
• Contribute to additional legal projects as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of commercial and technology law experience from a major law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Experience independently handling complex technology-related agreements with minimal support.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and related regulations, with experience in SaaS or big data businesses.
• Strong negotiation, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently from a US location while collaborating with the headquarters and legal team in Israel.
• English at mother-tongue level required.
