Senior Global Finance Manager (Strategic Finance and Technical Accounting): Delivering accounting advice and implementation for major group initiatives including fundraising, M&A, debt facilities, new geographies, and business restructures with an accent on international accounting standards, due diligence, and financial reporting. Focus on leading complex accounting workstreams, improving controls and processes, and coordinating with treasury, legal, tax, reporting, and audit teams.

What you will do
- Provide technical accounting and financial advice for strategic projects involving debt facilities, key contracts, intercompany activity, and M&A.
- Lead accounting due diligence for M&A activities and support fundraising, new geographies, new business lines, and internal restructures.
- Advise the group and business units during audits and implement accounting excellence across new developments and initiatives.
- Work with treasury, capital markets, legal, tax, Group Reporting, auditors, and external advisers on project implementation and financial statement disclosures.
Requirements
- Big Four qualified accountant with CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification and substantial post-qualified experience in practice or industry.
- Strong technical accounting experience in audit and/or advisory.
- Experience implementing controls and improving business processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business unit management and challenge decisions with empathy and understanding.
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
