Senior FP&A Finance Specialist (EMEA Sales)

What you will do

• Partner with EMEA Sales leadership and the Deal Desk on commercial finance, deal decisions, go-to-market strategy, resource allocation, and business growth.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, deals, customer buying patterns, expenses, market performance, and other leading indicators.
• Build and maintain financial models covering headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, and bookings with the Shared Services team.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, Expense-to-Bookings analysis, budget monitoring, and cost control.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into forward-looking forecasts, management narratives, and decision-ready insights.
• Improve reporting and operational efficiency through standardization, analytics, automation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, including dashboard development and financial decision support.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with experience in data analytics automation.
• Strong systems experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and communicate clear forecasts and management-level narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent field; CIMA study, finalist status, or progress toward a CIMA qualification.
