Direct Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Singapore. Valid authorization to work in Singapore is required; visa sponsorship is not available. Occasional travel for client onsites is expected.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the APAC market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, system configuration, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with certified partners on scalable implementations and enhancements.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and advise them on investment management workflows.
• Define project expectations across client and internal teams while balancing multiple time zones and priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Client Success, Product, and Partnership teams on delivery and handoffs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience with solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding in wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, self-direction, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage projects remotely.
• Valid authorization to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in Switzerland or the broader European market.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge, preferably Python.
