Senior Analyst, Sales Productivity

Location: Taguig, Philippines. Full-time role with working hours aligned to the supported business time zone, which may fall outside standard Philippine working hours.

What you will do

• Support account creation, customer onboarding, and maintenance of sales representative and customer address information.
• Maintain customer contact data in Salesforce and provide CRM support, including Command Center assistance and access requests.
• Assist with paid order inquiries, order status updates, expedite requests, lines-down situations, and My Samples Tool questions.
• Support pricing activities, Vendavo deals, chargeback agreements, material and TSD quotations, and SKU requests.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, customer support, pricing teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert, improve process consistency, and develop and deliver team training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before the start date.
• At least four years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer data management, analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with order support, customer data maintenance, Salesforce updates, reporting, and operational issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert and developing and delivering training.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing data, maintaining dashboards, CRM data, reporting tools, or system hierarchies.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or data standardization initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and cross-functional business partners.
