Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Individual Contributor)

What you will do

• Own enterprise-level strategic initiatives addressing critical business priorities and growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives, create execution plans, manage risks, and deliver outcomes.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, forecasting models, performance analyses, and strategic planning tools.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analyses, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and establish measurement frameworks to improve productivity, customer outcomes, and financial performance.
• Lead ambiguous, time-sensitive business challenges and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, corporate planning, investment banking, business transformation, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical modeling capabilities, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, manage projects and stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
