What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and define releasable initiatives.
• Capture business requests and translate them into functional, non-functional, user interface, reporting, and external interface specifications.
• Coordinate with software engineers to ensure delivered solutions match roadmap requirements.
• Work with testers and participate in quality assurance activities for software components.
• Analyze, map, and communicate current-state and future-state business processes.
• Track requirements risks, coordinate project interdependencies, and support stakeholders with complex system questions and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related business analysis experience.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis processes, techniques, and work products.
• Advanced understanding of underwriting improvement and digital enablement, including portals and APIs.
• Experience with user experience design for web applications and Agile software development processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Insurance and reinsurance knowledge.
