Regional Controller

Location: New England and New Hampshire region, United States

Salary: $125,839–$167,784 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Oversee financial operations for the New England and New Hampshire region.
• Support regional leadership in achieving business and financial objectives.
• Manage consolidated financial reporting, financial close, intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and accrual accounting.
• Evaluate accounting processes and implement improvements that strengthen accuracy, controls, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support financial system implementations, integrations, and process improvements where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting controls in multi-entity organizations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with ERP and financial accounting systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and hold a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, building technologies, energy services, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related industry.
• Experience supporting financial system implementations, integrations, or process improvements.
