Relationship Manager I - Business Credit (Asset Based Lending)

What you will do

• Manage existing commercial lending relationships and support client retention, risk management, and revenue growth.
• Originate, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products with significant oversight.
• Prepare approval documents and analyze credit, collateral strength, financial worthiness, and transaction risks.
• Coordinate credit amendments and renewals while supporting portfolio performance and client service.
• Build internal, community, and industry relationships and present relevant hirify.global products and services.
• Negotiate workout options and collaborate with borrowers and business partners to strengthen collateral coverage and reduce losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and client relationship building.
• Skills in credit analysis and verification, collateral management, financial engineering, communication, and attention to detail.
• Must work in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
