Base salary: $77,138–$128,563 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Drive consumer and business relationship growth through consultative selling, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Deliver a differentiated, technology-enabled customer experience across omnichannel banking interactions.
• Attract, onboard, coach, develop, and retain branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, business, sales-practice, and compliance risks.
• Build a high-performing, inclusive branch culture aligned with hirify.global values.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or comparable education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required under applicable financial regulations.
