What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of recruiters delivering talent acquisition services across client accounts.
• Set performance standards, manage goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, recruiters, hiring leaders, and internal hirify.global teams.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics covering time to fill, cost per hire, recruiter productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment programs, events, campaigns, candidate pipelines, and strategic hiring initiatives.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, resource utilization, reporting, and P&L management.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field preferred.
