What you will do

• Implement customer strategies aligned with sales and acquire target projects.
• Lead product development, industrialization, and the APQP process with milestone quality.
• Conduct project reviews, report project status, and coordinate communication between project teams, the organization, and customers.
• Present technical solutions to customers and develop relationships with relevant customer functions.
• Plan and control project budgets, generate VA/VE ideas, and monitor project profitability over the project lifecycle.
• Manage engineering changes, contract reviews, customer concerns, and serial-production quality problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project management and application engineering, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.
• Assertive team-oriented approach and willingness to continue developing professionally.
• Fluent English skills required for collaboration with international colleagues.
