Integration Engineer (Autonomous Driving)

Location: Leonberg, Germany; hybrid working with in-person collaboration, remote work, vehicle workshops, and labs. Willingness to travel is required.

hirify.global builds an end-to-end AI platform for autonomous driving that integrates with global automotive manufacturers and enables vehicles to learn from real-world experience.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support to customers throughout vehicle integration, development, and validation.
• Bridge customer vehicle integration teams and hirify.global’s internal engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate complex or critical problems.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer systems and APIs, including drive-by-wire interfaces.
• Lead system-level investigations to distinguish vehicle-related issues from software issues in the hirify.global AI Driver.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading investigations into platform or vehicle issues with customer and internal teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with development vehicles and automotive environments.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and calibration tools such as CANape or similar.
• Understanding of CAN, Ethernet, automotive system architectures, terminal usage, and basic programming.
• Experience bringing automotive products to production and willingness to travel as required.

• Previous experience working with autonomous driving technology.
