People Ops Associate (Robotics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite five days a week

Company

hirify.global develops robotics and software to automate on-site construction, building its hardware and software stack in-house.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, start dates, introductions, checklists, and departure processes.
• Prepare employment documents and contract changes, maintain employee records, and track missing information and deadlines.
• Support Dutch leave, absence, payroll input, and routine HR administration processes.
• Answer practical employee questions in Dutch and English, work with external HR providers, and escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
• Document processes, identify recurring errors, and use HR systems and software to reduce manual work while protecting employee information.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written, is required.
• Hands-on People Ops or HR experience in the Netherlands is required, including Dutch contracts, onboarding, leave or absence administration, or payroll inputs.
• Strong accuracy and ownership when checking contracts, employee records, dates, working hours, and compensation details.
• Good prioritisation, follow-through, clear communication, and discretion with confidential employee information.
• Comfort with HR systems and spreadsheets, plus willingness to learn new tools.
• Comfort working in English with an international team.
