HR Graduate/Trainee NL

What you will do

• Support day-to-day HR operations for the Benelux affiliate and EU18 HR department.
• Participate in and lead regional HR projects focused on AI skills development, talent growth, employee experience, and pay transparency.
• Prepare employee and manager communications, including inspiration sessions and HR newsletters.
• Update the EU18 HR SharePoint site and document regional processes, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with People Services, Talent Acquisition, and other Centers of Expertise.
• Prepare HR reports, track KPIs, and lead the BioTrain internship program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Finance with a major in leadership and organization, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of general work experience after graduation.
• Fluent English and fluency in at least one additional European language from the EU18 countries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and learning agility.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-related tools.
• Experience in HR analytics and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Experience leading internship or talent development programs.
